All it does is make me never want to buy said platform. Buying a developer outright and funding said game is one thing, but just taking a game out of the hands of other gamers because you want to sell more consoles is really getting on my nerves and rumour has it we can expect a lot more of that from Sony this gen. I think those games definitely will come to the PS5 in some form, but Sony do not deserve them imo, not that I particularly like Microsoft or Nintendo either btw (hence why I stick to PC now). But I think Sony are particularly egregious in this area.
